We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders.
All costs related to shipping, including taxes, customs duties, or any additional regulatory fees, are covered by us.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 9 – 14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking Updates: Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent via your email and phone. 

5. Delivery Issues & Support

  • Tracking Delays: If your tracking number hasn’t been updated for more than 30 days, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Change of Delivery Address: You may request a change of delivery address before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to modify address details.
