Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and not altered or treated in any way (e.g. machine dried or chemically cleaned).
- Tags, original box, packaging, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
- No signs of use: no scratches, stains, odors (body, perfume, or smoke), or wear marks.
- Your return/exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information).
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if eligible)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, e-wallet, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
