To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and not altered or treated in any way (e.g. machine dried or chemically cleaned).
  • Tags, original box, packaging, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  • No signs of use: no scratches, stains, odors (body, perfume, or smoke), or wear marks.
  • Your return/exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information).

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
